Online Title IX Certificate Courses

Tulane Law School offers 10 individual certificates that explore different aspects of Title IX law.

Students who choose to earn multiple individual certificates can also gain specialization certification, which provides participants with the legal foundations of Title IX and related laws.

The Foundations of Title IX: A Summary of the History and Development of the Law

A discussion of the legislative history leading to the passage of Title IX, a summary of Title IX’s significant regulations and administrative guidance documents, and the essential court decisions which shaped the law up until today.
