A member of the Tulane Law School faculty since 2005, Tina Boudreaux is Co-Director of the law school’s Transactional Boot Camp and currently teaches Contract Drafting and Legal Research and Writing. She has also taught as an adjunct lecturer in the A.B. Freeman School of Business.
Professor Boudreaux practiced cross-border corporate and securities law with Herbert Smith (now Herbert Smith Freehills) in London and Jones Walker in New Orleans. She earned her J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Tulane University Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the Tulane Law Review, and her B.A. (magna cum laude) from Columbia University. Before law school, Professor Boudreaux worked as a trading assistant for an investment bank in New York.
