Tracy Law (they/them) conducts workplace investigations into a variety of issues, including claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and general misconduct. Tracy has conducted investigations in the public and private sector in a variety of industries, including law enforcement, tech and education. Prior to joining Ellis Investigations, Tracy worked for a prominent plaintiff-side employment law firm in Sacramento, California, representing current and former employees in litigation against their employers in both the public and private sectors.
Tracy received their Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School, graduating with honors, and their bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia.Tracy is based in Sacramento and conducts investigations throughout California.
