Tulane's MJ program is really exciting and it's cutting edge in the field. And one of the reasons why I think that Tulane's MJ program is so exciting and that the future of the program is so exciting is because this is a field that was just emerging when I was in college. There weren't human resources majors, not at most universities, and so this is a field that our students are shaping, and a field that our faculty is shaping. One of the great things about the MJ program is that you get to engage with this environment here, even if you're not here, and you get to engage with the knowledge that's been built here and the communities that have been built here. One of the things that's unique is it's one of the human resources online programs for adults that are busy. We're very flexible. All the things you would get elsewhere, but we have this immersion weekend where we bring people to New Orleans to experience this culture, to experience the city, to experience what makes Tulane really unique.

So on some level, the things that make me love New Orleans and make me love Tulane are mirrored in the Master of Jurisprudence program. And that's one of the things you're gonna get at Tulane's MJ program is you're gonna have colleagues and classmates that are committed, that are passionate, that are engaged, that care about the things you care about. I think that I've seen the way in which this program has given those students the confidence to move forward and the confidence to go to the next level. This is an opportunity to be part of something that's growing, to be part of something that's emerging, and to be part of something that's growing and emerging that will be very important in the future. One of the things about the MJ program I really love, there's nowhere else in the world like Tulane. There's just nowhere else in the world like Tulane.
